Buffet Crampon Tenor Saxophone Serial Numbers
I have an alto saxophone that I used in high school several years ago that I need help to identify. I just want it to be put to use and go to a good home, and I'm trying to figure out a fair used price to list it for. The bell says only BUFFET Crampon Paris, and the serial number is 97036. Can anyone identify what the model is?

I kept reading about an Evette Buffet Crampon, but the instrument doesn't say Evette anywhere on it. One site tried to tell me it it was a clarinet.not extremely helpful. Autocom hw keygen download. I posted pictures, they are slightly blurry. Yes, it's the Keilwerth-made / Buffet Crampon badged version of the SX90 as described in Steve Howard's review here: I've got one almost identical to the one that Steve reviewed, but without the 'Expression' model name. Mine has the serial number 959xx which makes sense as a keilwerth from around 1990 but doesn't agree with Buffet serial number lists. As a Keilwerth SX90 it is a professional quality horn and should be priced as such, depending on condition.
I would say £800 - £1200 ($1200 - $1800) as a rough guide. But you might have to wait a while to find a buyer at those prices as the stencil issue can confuse people.
Rhys PS It is definitely NOT a Buffet S2 as those were not Keilwerth horns and have proper Buffet serial numbers (my S2 is 368xx). Thank you guys so much! I had just stumbled across information on the Keilwerth Buffets late last night, but didn't know if I was on the right track. Does anyone else have any pricing suggestions? I'm saving towards a new saxophone, slowly and steadily. Around $1,200 (or less because it is not flawless) seems to make sense, as we paid $1,200 for it and were told it was a good deal.
In retrospect, I guess we really had no idea, though! I never thought too much about trying to identify it until now, I just knew it played well and I had no issues. I'm also assuming it will not be easily sold, as it's not as widely known as other models and that might turn people off from buying it. We shall see!
